The Seller is entitled to change the provisions of these GTC within the framework of the relevant laws. Please read the provisions of the GTC before every purchase! Any modification to the GTC is valid from the moment it appears on the website. Possible changes do not affect contracts (confirmed orders) already established by that time.

Online Dispute Resolution Platform. The European Commission has created a website where consumers can register, thus enabling them to settle their disputes related to online shopping through it by filling out a request, avoiding court proceedings. Thus, consumers can enforce their rights without, for example, distance preventing them from doing so. If you wish to make a complaint regarding a product or service purchased on the internet and do not necessarily want to go to court, you can use the online dispute resolution tool. On the portal, you and the merchant you complained against can jointly choose the dispute resolution body you wish to entrust with handling the complaint. The online dispute resolution platform is available here: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr

Court proceedings. The consumer is entitled to enforce their claim arising from a consumer dispute before a court within the framework of civil proceedings according to the provisions of Act V of 2013 on the Civil Code and Act CXXX of 2016 on the Code of Civil Procedure.

In consumer protection administrative authority matters, the consumer protection inspectorates of the capital and county government offices act in the first instance with county jurisdiction. Jurisdiction is established by the consumer's residence, the business's seat, site, as well as the place where the violation was committed. The application can be submitted to any competent inspectorate.

The consumer may also turn with their complaint to the Békés County Government Office, Department of Technical Licensing and Consumer Protection, Consumer Protection Division, the address of which is: 5600 Békéscsaba, József Attila u. 2-4.

6. Data Protection

You can access our Privacy Policy by clicking on this link.

7. Copyrights

According to Section 1(1) of Act LXXVI of 1999 on Copyright (hereinafter: Szjt.), the website is considered a copyrighted work, thus every part of it is under copyright protection. Based on Section 16(1) of the Szjt., the unauthorized use of graphic and software solutions, and computer program creations found on the website, as well as the use of any application with which the website or any part of it can be modified, is prohibited. Any material may only be taken from the website and its database – even with the written consent of Nexus Electro Kft. – by referring to the website and indicating the source.

8. Other

If any point of the GTC is legally incomplete or ineffective, the further points of the contract shall remain in effect, and instead of the ineffective or faulty part, the applicable provisions shall be valid.
The Seller does not have a code of conduct according to the Act on the Prohibition of Unfair Commercial Practices against Consumers.

9. Operation of Digital Data Content, Technical Protection Measures

The availability of the servers providing the data appearing on the website is over 99.9% per year. Data content is stored on several hard drives in the servers using RAID technology. If any hard drive is damaged, the system remains operational with the remaining hard drives. Regular backups are made of the entire data content, so in case of a problem, the original data content can be restored.

10. Interoperability of Digital Data Content with Hardware and Software

The data appearing on the website is stored in a MySQL database. Sensitive data is stored with appropriate strength encryption; for their encoding, we use hardware support built into the processor.

11. Information on Using the Website

11.1. Information regarding the essential properties of products

On the website, information about the essential properties of the purchasable products is provided in the product descriptions and data sheets for each product. The data on the product page is for informational purposes! The images are illustrations in some cases; colors do not always correspond to reality!

11.2. Correcting data entry errors - Responsibility for the veracity of the provided data

During the ordering process, before finalizing the order, you have the opportunity to modify the data entered by you. We draw your attention to the fact that it is your responsibility to ensure that the data you provide is entered accurately, since the product is invoiced and shipped based on the data provided by you. By placing your order, you acknowledge that the Seller is entitled to pass on to you all its damages and costs resulting from your incorrect data entry or inaccurately provided data. The Seller excludes its liability for performance based on inaccurate data entry. We draw your attention to the fact that an incorrectly provided email address or the saturation of the storage space belonging to the mailbox may result in the lack of delivery of the confirmation and may prevent the conclusion of the contract.

11.3. Procedure in case of a faulty price

It may occur that a faulty price appears on the website – for example, due to a typo. In the event of an offer made at a faulty price, no contract is established between us. If you make an offer at a faulty price, the system automatically confirms it; however, this does not qualify as acceptance of the offer on our part. In the event of an offer (order) made by you at a faulty price, during the electronic – non-automated – confirmation sent by the Seller's staff, the Seller's staff will draw your attention to the correct price and may offer to conclude the contract at the correct price. You are not obliged to make an offer or conclude a contract at the correct price communicated by the Seller instead of the faulty price. In this case, no contract is established between the parties.

12. Order Process

You do not need to register to use the website or to make a purchase. For a more convenient purchase, we recommend that you register, because then you will not have to re-enter your details for the next purchase.

The information provided on the website does not qualify as an offer to conclude a contract on the part of the Seller. In the case of orders falling under the scope of these GTC, you qualify as the offeror, and the contract is established with the acceptance by the Seller of the offer made by you through the website according to the provisions of these GTC.

12.1. Selecting the Product

You can select the desired products by clicking on the product categories on the website. By clicking on individual products, you find the product's photo, article number, description, price, and dimensions. In case of purchase, you must pay the price indicated on the website. The products are marked with illustrated photographs.

12.2. Adding to Cart

After selecting the Product, you can place – any number of – products into the cart by clicking the "Add to Cart" button without this creating a purchase or payment obligation for you, since adding to the cart does not qualify as making an offer.

We recommend that you place the product in the cart even if you are not sure you wish to purchase it, because this makes it clear for you at a glance which products you have selected at that moment, and you can view and compare them on one screen. The contents of the Cart can be freely modified until the order is finalized; any products can be removed from the cart, new products can be added, and the desired number of items can be changed.

If you do not wish to select more products, click the "Cart" button at the top of the website, then the "Proceed to Checkout!" button!

12.3. Viewing the Cart

While using the website, you can check the contents of the cart at any time by clicking on the "Cart" icon at the top of the site. Here you have the opportunity to remove selected products from the cart or change the number of items.

If you do not wish to select and add further products to the cart, you can continue the purchase by pressing the "Proceed to Checkout!" button.

12.4. Providing Customer Data

After pressing the "Proceed to Checkout" button, you can continue the purchase by providing the shipping data. Subsequently, you can select the desired payment and shipping method.

12.5. Reviewing the Order

As the last step of the purchase, before finalizing the order, you can review your order. Here you can see a summary of the data previously provided by you, such as the contents of the Cart, user, billing and shipping data, and the amount to be paid by you. In the text box at the bottom of the page, you can optionally provide additional information.

13. Finalizing the Order (Making an Offer)

If you have made sure that the contents of the cart correspond to the products you wish to order and that your details are correct, you can close your order (make your offer) by clicking the "Purchase" button. By pressing the "Purchase" button, you expressly acknowledge that your offer is to be considered made, and your declaration – in case of confirmation by the Seller according to these GTC – entails a payment obligation.

14. Order Processing

Processing of orders takes place continuously. You have the opportunity to place an order at any time. You will receive an automated feedback about the order according to point 14.1. If the order is placed after working hours, it will be processed on the following working day. Your offer binds you only for a period of 48 hours if the Seller does not confirm it as per point 14.1 of these general terms and conditions.

14.1. Automated Confirmation Email, Conclusion of the Contract

Following your order, you will receive an email notification from the Seller to the email address provided by you. The feedback is an automated email, which records the fact that your order has arrived through the website, and this confirmation qualifies as acceptance of your offer. If you notice that the automated confirmation email notification contains your data incorrectly (e.g., name, shipping address, phone number, etc.), you are obliged to communicate this fact to us immediately via email, simultaneously providing the correct data. If you do not receive the automated confirmation email within 24 hours of your order, please contact us, as it is possible that your order did not reach our system due to technical reasons.

It may happen that the product selected by you is not available in our warehouse; the actual performance time depends on the stock, however, you will receive information about this and can indicate whether this is acceptable to you. If you cannot accept the shipping deadline and indicate this fact to the Seller via email within 48 hours of the arrival of the email sent by the Seller into your mailbox, the contract is not established, and no payment obligation shall burden you, nor a shipping obligation the Seller.

15. Method and Conditions of Payment
